About Amanda

Amanda and her husband Ian have been together for over 20 years and together they have a son named Cillian and a daughter named Violet. Growing up in Rossford, she bought her first home in West Toledo in 2004, and has resided there ever since. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, gardening and participating in multiple events with her children. She is a HUGE University of Michigan fan and also coaches cheerleading at her daughter’s school.

Amanda’s knowledge of real estate runs deep. With over 25 years of real estate knowledge in property descriptions, real estate documents, as well as residential loan documents she is able to assist her clients with a wide range of resources. Her professional mannerisms while working in a real estate office environment has trained her to be extremely detail oriented, organized and above all focused under pressure. She has worked one on one with a wide variety of clients, making her level of customer service top notch.

Amanda began her career in real estate working in the title industry in 1997. She worked in the title plant for 16 years. In 2012 she moved to another title agency where she eventually became a residential closer working with many of the industry’s top loan officers and real estate agents. In the summer of 2020 after over 20 years in title she took a leap of faith and moved to the legal side of real estate and went to work for a real estate attorney as a legal assistant at a local law firm. She also has ventured into property management, something that has proven to be both challenging and very rewarding. In 2022, Amanda took another jump and became a licensed agent in both Ohio and Michigan.
